To improve readability, I’ve changed some archaic or less-known words to simpler words. I’ve also broken up extra long sentences, and made the text more personal by using “You” instead of the generic “Man”. The original text of As A Man Thinketh is in the Public Domain. This is why I can revise the book and update it. Here are some changes Ive made, in the revised version (from which Ive pulled the quotes for this app). 1. Changed lesser-known words for simpler terms and explanations. 2. Split up really long sentences into shorter ones that are easier to read. 3. Changed it into conversational language using “You” instead of “Man”. This also changed it to less sexist language. Here is an example below: For example, here is a sentence in the original.
