Great Game BUT 12 Tile Update doesnt work!!!

This is my favorite tile game! I was so excited for the addition of 12 tiles, but its not working on my iPhone 5! WHAT?! Please Fix it! I cant find any menu source for switching to 12 tiles. I havent deleted & re-installed the game, but Im afraid to do that & risk losing my scores & diamonds. There are ads in this game, but theyre not too obnoxious. However Id like to be able to get rid of them.

Why wont score points stay accumulated?

The game is decent fun.. With a few extras than standard 1010 game.. I like that "if" your in a jam you can switch out tiles..(by using your diamonds) But WHY CANT YOU KEEP YOUR SCORE POINTS?? I will accumulate few thousand points, but if I leave for few hours ..and return ... It starts me back to 0?? Why cant you rectify this? Why cant you keep your last recent accrued points and resume later in the day or the next with same? .. Total Bummerz ..its frustrating starting all over again.. This is why I dumped it the first time, Recently re-loaded the game again, with hopes it was fixed ...am I missing something?? Thanks .. Calidaisey

I love this game, but theres an ad that keeps taking me, randomly, to the App Store, playing my piece for me, and Im starting to get quite frustrated with that! Other than that, Im addicted to this game!
