Very Nice desktop edition of the iPhone financial calculator app. Simple to use, nice large size, easy to increase decimal places. Works like my old HP 10B, that I paid $110 for back in 2001.

Really like the cashflow graph! Good visual to help understand which way the moneys going. The Amort schedule is awesome too. I like being able to pick a loan origination date. Now I can send to my clients right from my calc! Thanks!
