You can take 15seconds movies easy and quickly by this App.
4 mode : Standard 15 seconds, retriving last 15 seconds, scaling to 15 seconds and FREE mode.
Scaling is shortening or expanding any length movies to 15 seconds. You can take slow or high speed playback movie.

And fast switch still and movie mode by swipe-down, you can take still photos.
And after version 1.3, you can take still photos during movie recording except for 1280x720 mode.
•Start recording after the start, and stops and save after 15 seconds recording.
•Selftimer for 3, 5 or 10 seconds.
•Automatic recording can be switched on and off settings.
•Provides two recommended configurations for life logging and messages.
•And you can be set more custom settings for release 15seconds limit and focus settings, movie size (640x480,1280x720,480x360,480x480).
•Also you can set custom setting to retriving last 15 seconds, scaling to 15 seconds.
•Scaling is shortening or expanding any length movies to 15 seconds. You can take slow or high speed playback movie.
•After saving, You can upload a movie to the various shared services via PictShare App.
•You can take still photos same as movie resolution.
•You can take still photos during movie recording except for 1280x720 mode.
•Supports landscape movie and still under rotate-lock mode.
•Quick preview after movie recording.
