I guess Im missing something, but I struggled to use it. I just couldnt manipulate the program as I wanted to. Just not very user friendly.

I too had trouble using it. It is stubborn and does not zoom in enough to see any meaningful anatomy detail. There is a full screen mode which never workred on my Mac.

This is horrible. Even the support website is down. Absolutely useless!!
