This is the second of a series of six sonic meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient Solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the second note, which resonates to a frequency of 417 Hz and is associated with the colour orange and the element of water. This particular frequency works to dissolve emotional patterns and imprints from the past and facilitate positive changes. It will also help to clear other emotional patterns, such as low self-esteem, self-rejection, overindulgence, jealousy and emotional instability, all of which exist within the same vibrational energy. It has been said that the solfeggio tones can even help to release blocks and traumas from past lives. This app has changed my life. I have used it every night for the last 12 days. I have seen so much change in such a short timeframe. I use a few other apps from Glenn in the morning (Unleash Your Full Potential, Live Your Life to The Full and Meditation to Inner Wisdom), but this app has completely changed certain behaviors. After a few nighttime sessions with this app an ingrained laziness started to disappear; I still have a long way to go, but the change in my energy is noticeable. My thoughts are kind to myself and others. I dont compare myself to others and find myself lacking anymore. Im so happy to be me and now see just how great of a person I am. I put myself first now. I quit a job I hated and have gotten a new job in a field Ive always been passionate about. Im working towards my goals. With my newfound need to take care of and love myself, I find myself wanting to workout and eat better. Theres this itch to be so good to myself and when I am it effects every part of my life. Im very thankful to Glenn. I needed this change to take place. Im so excited to see what 21 days of usage will uncover. I plan on using every Solfeggio track. My next purchase will be 396 Hz. There are two meditations listed - one for awake and another for sleep- there is approximately 5 minutes difference between the two yet the imagery is exactly the same - so, yeah, its the same mediation listed twice - listening to the first one was cool but when I went to listen to the second and it was just like the first, well...what is the point of that.
