Too many ads in the sad part is that some of them are ads for Viagra using deception to get you to open the link
Bad, Bad, Bad
Dont bother with this app if you actually want to read the news, much less any local news. Articles about the Broncos seem to always be the only "news" available and the "local" news is anything but local.
Great
Awful. Nine out of 10 times you watch the commercial, at very loud volume, and then the app freezes before you watch any news. Plus, the fact that they had a pre-written review in this very box is indicative. Such a poor app.
Commercials out of nowhere
Just when you thought this app could not possibly get any worse, it did. While reading a news article, this app started to play an audio commercial from Verizon out of nowhere. Even though I had the phone on mute. I love 9News on TV, but this app has been the weakest link of the "9News Everywhere" since its inception. I will get my mobile news from elsewhere. Those 5 star reviews could be from the vendor that created this stupid app.
Horrible news app
This is the worse news app Ive used. Painfully slow to open app. I like 9news, but their app and website ads are extremely annoying and drive viewers away.
No improvement. Maybe next time...
Slow, clumsy navigation, and necessity of plowing through pages of old news with little regard for anything except increased exposure to the constant stream of advertisements. Also noticing an increase in the number of news videos that simply lock up and do not do not stream following the 30 second ads. The other issue for me is the ongoing use of the same faint grey type font in your news stories. Not blind yet, but I feel like Im getting there.
