Description
Die AllianzConnX App ermöglicht die Besichtigung sowie die Beurteilung des Schadens per Videotelefonat. So einfach geht’s:
1. Für die Installation der App benötigen Sie einen Link von der Allianz per SMS oder E-Mail.
2. Bitte installieren Sie die App vor dem vereinbarten Termin für das Videotelefonat.
3. Die Allianz schickt Ihnen kurz vor Beginn des Videotelefonats einen zweiten Link.
4. Klicken Sie auf den zweiten Link, um das Videotelefonat zu starten.
5. Am Ende der Schadenbesichtigung per Videotelefonat wird der Schaden-Experte das weitere Vorgehen mit Ihnen besprechen.
AllianzConnX stellt Ihnen folgende Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung:
- HD Audio
- Bildschirmfreigabe
- Aufnahme und Speichern von Fotos
- Mauszeiger im Bild
- Markierungen im Bild
- Pausieren des Videotelefonats
Der Schaden-Experte erhält durch die App keinen Zugang zu jeglichen Dateien auf Ihrem Gerät. Die App ermöglicht dem Schaden-Experten aber während des Videotelefonats Fotos aufzunehmen und zu speichern.
Ihre Daten sind bei uns sicher und werden von unseren Schaden-Experten vertraulich behandelt. Dies geschieht in Übereinstimmung mit dem Datenschutzgesetz von 1988 und 2003 sowie unseren Datenschutzrichtlinien.
