I stumbled on this card in my medschool’s bookstore a while ago and I found it so helpful in my rotations that I thought I’d actually write an Appstore review. Look, it’s no replacement for the Sanford guide which I still carry around, but in many cases, it’s been all I needed to quickly remind myself of the proper antibiotics to give without having to leaf through the miniscule text of the Sandford. The app has a summary section that gives a great overview of the most effective abx regimens for many common infections and an awesome antibiotic activity table that’s nicely color coded so I can quickly see what drugs work for what bugs. It also has a dosing table that is sufficient in many cases. So all in all, this is now my first-line reference for ID issues. Highly recommended!

Great Potential - Abx Spectrum Chart Misaligned

I love the antibiotics spectrum chart to easily see which abx cover which bugs. The problem is, the rows dont line up with the headings. For example, by the time you scroll down the Pseudomonas, the row of relevant coverage is a full row above (count down from the top and youll see it gradually shift).

Great little app!!!! it helps me prepare for exams and for my internship. Its great to be able to look up things promptly and the info you get is precise and detailed! cant wait to see more of that!
