Description
“快递易”是面向物流行业客户提供的一项集团类业务。该业务通过批量语音通知、短信通知功能，实现一键呼叫客户取件。大大提高快递员通知客户取件效率同时，更能降低快递企业通信费用，提高企业电话接通率。快递员通话记录平台留存，为解决客户和快递员纠纷提供依据。
物流企业通过中国移动客户经理开通该业务后，可通过“快递易”管理平台自行管理企业成员（快递员）、为企业成员设置固话副号，授权企业成员登录“快递易”客户端APP，使用语音呼叫、语音通知、短信通知等功能，产生的业务资费由集团企业进行统付。
