I cant get configuration screen to work (last screenshot). Even if Im add a existing profile I am not able to edit it. Also I can not create a new profile since it forces me to open an existing. Furthermore I am missing a button to unsupervise a device. and the AppleConfigurator support webpage shows only the outdated version 1.7.2

[MCInstallationErrorDomain – 0xFA1 (4001)] Problems uploading mobilconfig-files including 802.1X payloads to Apple TV (3rd gen). Worked before with Apple Configurator 1.
Oh Update du komme
Seit der Version 2.1 funktioniert die App-Installation auf den einzelenen Geräten nur sehr dürftig, immer wieder Kommunikationsfehler machen ein vernünftiges arbeiten gerade zu unmöglich. Auch verstehe ich nicht, dass beim AC2 die einzelnen Apps nicht zwischengespeichert werden, immer wieder müssen für die iPads die Apps aus dem Internet geladen werden, was bei großen Apps wie Garageband, Pages etc recht lange dauern kann. Ich hoffe auf ein baldiges Update.
Katastrophe
Abstürze und Kommunikationsabbrüche; Fehlerhaftes Auslesen von Apps, die auf den iPad installiert sind: Nach dem Löschen von Apps auf iPads sind diese eben nicht gelöscht, manchmal aber doch, manchmal mit VPP-Label, manchmal ohne und immer muss man zum Gerät um zu prüfen, was nun wirklich darauf ist; Klemmer bei der App-Verteilung, Ignorieren von Profilen, permanentes Nachladen von Apps aus dem Netz statt diese zwischenzuspeichern und nur bei Updates nachzuladen, Übertragen von Backups auf weitere Geräte kickt diese aus der Betreuung, … hier wäre noch viel anzuführen. Stunden investiert in nicht funktionierende Software.
Abgrundtief schlecht !!!
Bisher hatt ich von Apple immer nur eine recht gute Meinung. Aber das Bild ändert sich gerade deutlich. Ich habe für meine Schule IPads angeschaft und soll diese nun verwalten. Der erste Schritt und ja quasi ein MUSS ist dieser Configurator 2. Die Idee mag ja gut sein, aber funktionieren tut hier fast nichts. Ständig Verbindungsabbrüche, ständig hängst sich das Programm beim Übertragen auf. Das Übertragen von Entwürfen ist ein reines Glücksspiel. Wenn man Glück hat funktioniert das in einem von 15-20 Fällen. Zusätzlich wird durch die Betrauung die Verwendung von ITunes ausgeschlossen, sodass das sortieren und organisieren der Apps nur noch von Hand auf jedem einzelnen Tablet geht. Ich sitze jetzt seit 5 kompletten Tagen daran 16 Tablets einzurichten. Hätte man jedes einzeln bearbeitet, wäre man an einem Tag fertig. Ich bin es immernoch nicht, weil die Übertragung einmal mehr abgebrochen wurde. Wirklich der größte Schrott.
Katastrophe beim App kopieren ….
App geladen. Beschreibung gelesen. Eine App vom Mac nach iPad laden wollen. NADA. Geht nicht. Direkt beim ersten Aufruf bezw.. beim Übertragen einer App meldet mir das Teil: Unerwarteter Fehrer aufgetreten… App wieder gelöscht und deinstalliert. Nicht zu empfehlen. Da müssen die Entwickler von Apple noch viel Arbeit leisten. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel - doch kein Stern geben geht nicht….
Läuft. Verstehe die Kritik nicht.
Nutze dies Tool auf einem MacBook unter MacOS 10.11.3 um iOS Devices unter iOS 9.2.1 zu managen. Läuft bestens. Wundere mich, was ich im Gegensatz zu den anderen Rezensenten wohl anders mache.
