First it was crashing and didn’t send notifications, then it stopped working and would crash the phone, then it wouldn’t save my password, it blocks the video with an “alarm” button, and today it sent me an urgent message that I should change my password for security reasons. WHAT IS GOING ON?!

I’ve never seen so many negative reviews. The last update really is a piece of trash. Nothing works. You call support and wait and wait. When you finally do get through, the support people put you on hold and leave you stranded. The tech department of Arlo at Netgear should be completely replaced. The system worked perfectly until someone put out the latest update without fully testing it. Support says they have no use when the system will be fixed.

This new app version 2.5.0 is trash!!! Had these cameras for over a year and they were excellent until this app got upgraded. Fix this!!!

It seems that the talk button on the iPhone app is now broken after a recent OS update. Wife and I spent a lot of money on this. Its unacceptable that this takes this long to fix.

Push to talk is broken on the app in ios 11.3!! When will this be fixed. I don't understand how this isn't being expedited given its a key feature.

I've been using my Arlo system for a couple of years now with good results - I have 5 cameras around my home. After updating the iPhone app to ver 2.4.7, live streaming screens are now BLACK and positioning mode is blank. I can see live video from my computer, but the iPhone app is BROKEN. Have seen this posted by many customers. Need to get a fix ASAP.
