Dies ist keine App für Anfänger. Mittlere Englisch- bzw. Spanischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt. Es ist auch etwas unübersichtlich. Hinter dem Programm steckt aber eine tolle Idee. Kenner des Englischen werden nicht immer einverstanden sein mit den Produkten dieses Grammatikautomaten. Mal sehen, wie er sich entwickeln wird.
Solid start
Ive been testing this app out for my developmentally delayed twins. After spending a bit of time with it, however, I already found myself getting frustrated. A few tweaks is all it really needs. 1) Access to system voices. Im using the high quality Alex voice as my main system voice and Im sorely missing it here. Im not sure why I only get four voices here (2 of which have Irish/British English accents). 2) When browsing more words when you tap on an icon it pops up briefly but nothing happens. Looking through this with my kids it would be great if it would actually trigger the audio file instead of having to place it in the vocabulary builder first. 3) Being able to select and change a word once placed. Example: I just placed the word foo but want it changed to feet. I have to go back to more words, then the category, then the subcategory. It would be great if I could tap the icon, have the box selected, and then see similar words on the left. 4) Continued on #3. Scrolling on suggestions. The 10 icons on the left are quite limited. Again having the ability to scroll through more possible word choices would minimize how frequently I need to dig through more words. Otherwise Im impressed and feel its worth the $14 (its not the $10 as advertised and I suspect that was pasted from the US store).
Possible
I bought this because I am working with a student that is more enthusiastic to study when using a tablet. He needs special attention. I like the app so far but would be so excited to see it have an option where we can touch the cards in the more words area and have them spoken before the page changes. That way it gives the student a chance to read and hear the word before choosing it to go into the flowchart. Once the student is calm enough to read we can then toggle it off to where the student reads before choosing.
С грамматикой не очень...
Приложение помогает классно визуально строить предложения, учить слова и выражения. Но с формами и временами в предложениях довольно плохо, к сожалению. Детям это подойдет, для каких-то основ. Но если построить длинное предложение, то в нем будет много ошибок, которые вижу даже я, со своим Intermediate. Это разочаровывает. Возможно исправят, а то жалко как-то 749 рублей :/
Excellent app
Highly recommend the app for anyone with learning disabilities or any kid trying to learn English language Even normal kids who want to perfect the sentence formation and grammar Blown away what this app can do
Language learning done right.
This is gorgeously executed and extremely user friendly. There are so many uses for an application like this. Been looking forward to a system like this for a long time. Thank you.
Beautifully designed
Language structure made visual... What a wonderful way to help kids really "see" language structure. Kids are prompted through in the most intuitive way, and with a touch of a button they can change the sentence theyve created to past tense, future tense, a negative or a question. Perfect for visual learners and kids with autism. So happy to have this to support my students.
