Creepy half naked babies

I do admit that my 3 year old enjoys the app however its rather creepy that the babies (or children) are designed half naked. Seriously? My kid doesnt need to paint over nipples every time-unnecessary. A clothed child would have been appropriate and would also allow users to paint the shirt.
