This is for basketball players who want to play the big man positions at the collegiate or professional level. This program was specifically designed for basketball forwards and centers, or for guards working to improve their post game.
This app will help you understand correct technique and footwork as you develop your post scoring game. Workouts in this app help you master some of the skills you will learn to manipulate defenders and earn yourself more post scoring production.
