BlogTouch for Blogger at Mac App Store analyse

Kommando zurück. Man sollte nicht versuchen, ein Bild vom Desktop in einen neuen Blogpost zu ziehen. Wenn es groß genug ist, füllt es das Fenster so aus, dass es nicht mehr zu löschen ist. Auch verkleinern kann man es nicht mehr. Zudem werden die controls ausgeblendet. Damit bleibt nur, die App zu schließen und neu anzufangen mit einem Bild, das zuvor auf die richtige Größe gesized wurde. Sorry, 4 Sterne Abzug, da nicht nutzbar. Jetzt klappt’s endlich mit den Umlauten in den Blogtitles. Damit bin ich wieder happy! Update: Auf iOS ist das Umlautproblem jetzt behoben. Langsam wird’s. Die App ist sonst richtig gut. Heute ein Stern dazu… Update: Die Umlautprobleme im Titel wurden behoben. Der Aufwand ist aber, jeden einzelnen Post zu reloaden und hier funktioniert der Shortcut (Befehl-R) nicht. Dafür sind die Umlautprobleme noch in der Vorschau vorhanden (auf iOS und OS X). Zudem Wird in der Vorschau nicht das Creation-Datum angezeigt, wenn danach sortiert wird. Also jetzt schon mal 3 Sterne und danke für die Reaktion! Ich nutzte BlogTouch bisher bereits auf iPad und iPhone und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Habe dann ohne nachzudenken bei der OS X-Version zugeschlagen. Leider werden in der Post-Übersicht alle Post-Titles, in denen Umlaute vorkommen, bis zum Umlaut von vorne beginnend abgeschnitten. Nachdem es ja unter iOS funzt, sollte das doch eigentlich nicht sein. Da ich nicht zu der Sorte Nutzer gehöre, die gleich mit „Geld zurück“ und anderem Gemecker um sich wirft, habe ich dem Entwickler Alexandru an die Help-Adresse gemailt und das Problem geschildert. Leider habe ich nichts von ihm gehört und versuche jetzt hier mein Glück. Wenn das Problem gefixt ist, gibt’s 5 Sterne.

I’m still trying to figure out the the creation and editing scheme of this app. So far, it remains stable. The document creation frame is REALLY complete. Waiting for more features and fun as the updates keep pouring in.

I have been experimenting with many different way to work on blogs offline and then import them into Blogger. I finally have a tool that simplifies all of it into one app. The editing and formatting is clean and easy to use. What I would like to see is a keyboard shortcut for some of the formattings like the various headings but that is small stuff. What I really appreciated was that I took some documentation I created in iA Writer and pasted it right into this app. The formatting was kept very much in tact. That means that I can push a lot of docs I have written in other tools to blogger using BlogTouch as my gateway. With my blogs now centrally managed, I can improve/edit/manage comments, … without ever touching the blogger site. This is very mature for such a young application so I can only imagine what is coming next. This is a reasonabily priced app that truely does a good job at allowing me to treat my blogs no different then iCloud documents. This is a nice thing to have and will beneifit me immediately If you publish to blogger/blogspot and are looking for a clean and easy to use tool for managing your blog, look no furthar.
