Wrong answers
The app has a nice UI and is easy to use but unfortunately contains incorrect answers which kind of defeats the purpose of using such an app. For example one question asks which phase of a pen-test you are about to leave but then the answer and explanation talk about what phase you are about to enter. More horrifying is that one explanation blames George Holtz for stealing 77mil Sony accounts in 2011. The hackers behind that breach were never found but the question is asking you to pick a name...
Very Inaccurate.
I just took my CEH, and luckily passed. This absolutely was not my primary study tool, as a lot of the questions are actually from the CHFI exam. The wording of some of the questions are very bad, and feel like theyre directly ripped from a poorly written VCE. There were also no questions which related to the new Mobile Device module of the CEHv8. This feels like a very hastily thrown together app to make a quick buck, and not something compiled by someone who actually knows the material. HCI issues: not being able to rotate the screen is very cumbersome. There needs to be some sort of swipe gesture to move between questions. The whole "like us on Facebook to get extra questions" feels a bit like extortion.
