I am a subscriber, but since the new app was introduced i have to pay. Wait for a feedback for more than a week. I am really dissapointed. I cannot read the new issue. The issue before was sponsored by apple because it didnt work and they stepped in. So becareful!
THE BEST customer service!
I had problems transitioning to this new app from the old one. Got a bit frustrated, but it got resolved VERY QUICKLY, and with the utmost courtesy. I cant speak highly enough to how I was treated through it all. The app is cool too. All the extra features and videos make this a pretty fu**ing cool app!!
Where are my purchases?
Have just updated the app - and no issues which i bought previously, not a single one.
Not working
Ive now tried to reestablish my subscription through the new app close to 10x. Nothing is working. Its ignoring my subscription and trying to charge per issue. I hope the rest of you are having better luck.

Ive tried everything and the app wont show my previous purchases.
STILL Not Working!
New app will not recognize my subscription. I followed all the directions. Tried several times. Contacted customer support but no response after several days. UPDATE: This is ridiculous! Their FAQ gives an email address to email about authentication. It gets bounced back! I love this magazine, but this is beyond horrible. They better get this sorted out very soon.
Doesnt Work
I have a 1 year subscription that just disappeared with this app update. It usually worked fine before. Why cant the programmers just leave well enough alone? Very, very disappointing especially while traveling. UPDATE: ten days later and despite promises to fix and me following all directions in the app, it still will not recognize my subscription. I am about ready to give up on this company. Very, very poor roll-out.
