Built exclusively for the use of our CBCC customers, Cox Business Complete Care Tech Assistant® allows our customer support reps to remotely connect to your iOS device and provide you with seamless tech support; including the following:
· Review device information and diagnostics
· Configure WiFi networks and setup email accounts
. Stream live camera feed (only over WiFi)
· Send and receive chat messages
· Share images and screenshots of specific issues; etc.
After downloading the app, simply enter the connection code provided by your customer service rep, check the box to provide your consent, and click Connect.
