Pricing for subscriptions available: - Single issue = ($2.99) - 1 month subscription = ($2.99), automatically renewed until cancelled - 1 year subscription = ($17.99), automatically renewed until cancelled When purchasing through iTunes your account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you turn this off 24 hours before the subscription runs out. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings. You can manage your subscription through your account settings after purchase on your device. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

App does not work-- digital subscription has to be bought through Apple

Very disappointed as the app does not work with digital subscription bought through Cricket. Only works if you buy from Apple. Customer service has been so slow and poor: took me several emails, one live chat and a phone call to be advised that it will not work :-( extremely disappointing.

We have tried the FAQs, force quitting, deleting and reinstalling, and logging in to the publishers site. We have not seen the first issue after 4 hours nor have we heard from customer support.

Unable to download magazines

Evidently there is a 24-48 hour time lapse until Customer Service can “see” the subscription that was ordered via iTunes (in app purchases) which is utterly ridiculous. I do hope that this is something that is currently being worked on for a better future. Call 800-821-0115
