That’s the theme behind the 2016 Prudential all-employee Talent Event, “Elevate + Innovate: The Intersection of Talent + Business.” The event will feature a keynote by Vijay “VG” Govindarajan, professor, best-selling author and one of the world’s leading experts on strategy and innovation. Head of U.S. Businesses Steve Pelletier will open the session. In addition to Pelletier, the session will feature an innovation panel with Bob Bastian, vice president, Information Systems, Individual Life Insurance; Kimberly Supersano, vice president, Digital Experience, Customer Office, and Al Caesar, vice president, Strategic Initiatives, Center for Next Generation Growth.
