Change just about any word in the app to fit your needs. The layout was designed to be easy and efficient. When you want to contact the employee, you have all the data you need right in your hands. The app can store the name of the infraction or accolade, the date and time, where it occurred, the supervisor on duty, employer reaction, a photo/image, and a detailed description. Keep in mind this can be done for as many employees as you need. Records can be sent via email- whether its just one or all the actions a particular employee has earned. You can also save Employee Tracker data via email, printing, dropbox or backup your data in iTunes. Send the data file to other users of the app with ease. I searched for an app with this functionality and really, nothing else comes close. It is intuitive and simple to use,not cluttered with meaningless bloat. Though I personally had a minor download glitch, the developer took great pains to promptly find a fix. Based on my experience so far and fabulous support, I give it an unreserved rating of five stars. As a busy Trades Supervisor I need to have a reliable and stable app that is simple to use.

Love this it is the best way I have found for keeping track of the little things that employees do as iPad is always open on desk no need to look for paper. Thank you make my work day simpler.

Great Employee tracking app

I own a restaurant and use this app on a regular base. I use it for everything from employee being late, no shows, sick, injuries, conversation from management to staff as well as all warnings or dismissals. I also use it for any tasks not completed and anything staff has done great while on shift. The point system and colour coding for actions work great for quick reference when staff request a pay increase. I love this app and encourage anyone to who own a business use this app
