Gostei do programa e não há similar. Só faltam relatórios mais detalhados (por email ou impressos) e gráficos para os dados de peso e pressão arterial. Mas o programa é muito bom. Recomendo.

Here is an application that will enable you to keep track of all information relative to your health and the one of each member of your family: blood group, blood pressure, medications , allergies, diagnostic tests and results, infectious diseases, vaccinations, ...
This information could prove of great importance in a variety of everyday situations from a routine medical check up – where details of any medical prescriptions can be recorded – to any possible emergency situation where it becomes vital to have immediate access to data such as blood groups, allergies, results of diagnostic testing, prescribed medication etc.
Family Medical History will allow you to have single point of access to:
- Your family main personal and health data (blood group, RH factor, health service number….)
- A list of prescribed medications, their indications and the frequency of assumption. A list of any diagnostic testing undertaken or planned with relevant dates and results.
- A list of any noted allergies, the allergic factors involved and the remedies necessary to relieve the symptoms.
- A list of diseases contracted and their dates.
- Blood pressure and weight trend
- A list of all vaccinations offered and taken up, together with reminders of the dates for boosters to be administered. Any reactions and subsequent remedies can also be logged.
- A dedicated point of access to the main phone numbers, email addresses, ... relevant to your and your family health (doctor, paediatrician, general practitioner, health visitor, emergency services, Poison Centre, Burns Centre…..).

ganz ok
für den bildschirm zum sammeln der informationen ganz ok, aber beim ausdrucken, exportieren zeigen sich die ersten schwächen. nicht nur sieht es nicht schick aus, man kann auch nur alle informationen ausdrucken (das frist viel papier) nicht aber einzelne kategorien, die für einen arztbesuch entscheidend sind. leider hat man auch kaum die möglichkeit etwas zu ändern oder andere kategorien hinzuzufügen. also, zum sammeln der infos für einen selber ganz praktisch aber eher kein großer wurf bislang. vielleicht wird es ja noch was.

Over all not a bad program, has some good features. This version (1.1) lacks backup and resotre features, Im told future versions will have it. Also could use more fields if you want to track blood work as well as chorlestoral levels. No warning on deleting a name in profile managament. If you click on the minus sign, its gone without warning

Sono soddisfatto dellacquisto. Applicazione molto semplice ed intuitiva. Comoda la possibilità di esportare su file di testo i dati inserti nellapplicazione. Consigliata
Da migliorare, ma buona base di partenza
Ci sarebbero delle migliorie da fare, ma sono fiducioso che verranno implementate vista la celere risposta degli sviluppatori a delle mie osservazioni. Ottima idea che sicuramente diventerà perfetta nei prossimi aggiornamenti.
Acora un pò acerbo..
Lidea è senzaltro molto valida, manca però la possibiltò di scannerizzare e allegare i vari esami fatti oppurre documenti o ricette mediche, manca anche la possibilità di stampare eventuale "storia medica della persona" per poter creare un vero riassunto della storia medica del paziente, farebbero comodo anche la visualizzazione dei grafici del peso e della pressione sanguigna suddivisa per linee temporali e poterli spedire al propio medico. Speriamo in qualche aggiornamento..
Quasi perfetta
Ho scaricato questapp sul mio macbook con Lion e va meravigliosamente, se si potessero inserire anche i dati relativi alle analisi del sangue e documenti scannerizzati sarebbe un app professionale, comunque ottimo lavoro degli sviluppatori, per la famiglia va benissimo. Consigliata.
