This little app is very powerful at converting my videos to a more manageable file like MOV. The MOV is more friendly with my device and needs less power to run. Very useful app.

To my knowledge FLV is a video format that is almost identical to MP4, yet most devices (my phone, for example) only supports MP4 but not FLV. That is why I need an app like this one to convert videos from FLV format to MP4. This is quite useful.
