Ever felt writer's block? Well use Focus Type to push yourself to keep typing your first draft. It lets you just worry about writing. You can edit once you have a first draft. When you set a timer in Focus type, you must keep typing until it ends or everything you typed after starting the timer will fade out and get erased. When the timer is finished, keep typing and or set another. Using many short timers allows you to set checkpoints for yourself so you don't have to worry about losing everything you have written. If you like the idea of Fucus Type but not the deleting part, you can disable deletion in the settings window so that when the text fades out, the app will just exit the draft and go to the main view and your writing will be saved.
