Renewed subscription not recognized

I have been an iPad subscriber for a couple of years now and love it however my frustration is building now as I am unable to access my renewed subscription. Its been 2 weeks. I have contacted Hearst Communication via e-mail however their correspondence has been less than useful. I am hoping to gain access to my renewed subscription ( Dec issue) before the holidays are over
