About Vitamin Index
A vitamin is an organic compound required as a vital nutrient in tiny amounts by human, In humans there are 13 vitamins: 4 fat-soluble (A, D, E, and K) and 9 water-soluble (8 B vitamins and vitamin C). Water-soluble vitamins dissolve easily in water and, in general, are readily excreted from the body, to the degree that urinary output is a strong predictor of vitamin consumption. Because they are not readily stored, consistent daily intake is important.

I bought this app for learning the vitamin contents of the fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. that we eat. What I got was mainly listings of ready-made packaged items that already come with labels on them. Basic foods like artichokes, avocados, apples, etc. werent even listed. It would also help if the foods were listed in food groups such as fruits, vegetables, meat, grains, dairy, etc. This app has VAST ROOM for improvement!!
