Paid for report and all I get is an error

I paid $23.99 for a report and when I try to open it I get an Oops! No network connection error even though my ipad is definitely connected to wifi. Ive reported this to Apple and requested a refund.

Keeps crashing

The analysis is okay. However the app is badly designed and keeps crashing. I paid for a service, the money was deducted but never got the download. I want the refund!!!
