FreeCell+ at Mac App Store analyse

Great app! Only regret is that it doesn’t sync stats with the iOS version

First of all, it was immediately obvious that this is not a retina compatible app. It looks great in the screenshot, but once you buy it and download it - the pixels are huge. I feel like I’m playing an 8bit version of it. Second, undo is not hot-keyed to [Command] + [ z ] which means, you have to click the button. “Autoplay” doesn’t work as expected, and is more annoying than not, and should be turned off to have a normal game. The “Autocomplete” at the end if also very slow. You can’t “Find” a card by pressing on it with any key command to reveal all other aces, or press “a” or anything like that to get a heads up of where cards are. When you’re trying to move a stack, and you don’t have enough freecells to do so, the highlight is kind of weird and not intuative as to how many cards you need to free up to do the opperation. This is FAR lacking from the original Windows game - and if you spend your $2 it would be a dissapointment. I’m going to email the developer and ask for my money back after playing one game.

Wie der Titel schon sagt, ein gutes Kartenspiel für Zwischendurch. Das Programm läuft auf meinem Mac Mini super rund und ohne Abstürze. Ist sein Geld absolut wert.

ich kann mich meinem Vorgänger nur anschließen. Noch schöner als auf der Windowsoberfläche. 100% zu empfehlen.

Nice FreeCell Game but auto-save mode is not working. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!! Update: The auto-save mode problem is fixed… finally!! Thank you!

This is easily the most polished looking version of freecell on the app store, and as i enjoy only playing freecell and not other games like solitare, the lack of other card games does not bother me. My only one complaint is that the action sound created when moving a card is very very quiet, but that is extremely minor.
