Wunderbar entspannend und erleichternd!

Ich habe die App zum ersten Mal angewendet und fühlte mich während der Hypnose und danach so gut wie lange nicht. Selbst die Schmerzen sind reduziert, obwohl ich dies nicht erwartet habe. Bin gespannt, wie sich die Wirkung auf längere Zeit zeigt!

Also, wer unter Schmerzen leidet, dem kann ich diese App wärmstens empfehlen! Bei täglichem Anhören( das mache ich seit einer guten Woche) löst sich der Schmerz-er geht nicht sofort weg: aber ich kann besser damit umgehen-das Kommando an mein Unterbewusstsein- Schmerz verweigert-funktioniert! Die App verhilft, sich nicht vom Schmerz kontrollieren zu lassen, sondern den Schmerz zu kontrollieren. Das ist ein großer Fortschritt für mich

Vielen dank, ich hab nach einmaligem Hören meine Schmerzen um 60% reduzieren können, allerdings setzt es voraus dass man wirklich vollkommen abschalten kann(unter Schmerzen nicht einfach für mich).
