Set to high energy uplifting music you will combine varied resistance with dance like rhythm moves. Some classes include light hand weights for the upper body and yoga based stretches which will give you an all over full body workout (burning 500-700 calories). With low lights and empowering mantras you ride together as a pack and feed of each others energy, which will help clear and focus your mind. This is a fun, all ability class… its about being the best that you can be...its a revolution! First Revolution This class is an all level class, but especially great for those who are keen to try indoor cycling for the first time or get back into the saddle after a break. Well make sure you have fun on your bike whilst burning those calories!! You work to your ability whilst riding with the pack! Theme Rides Warrior Rides This is the tough one for those of you who like to work on your stats. Our state of the art Coach by Colour bikes accurately measure your Watts (power output) changing the colour of your console accordingly. Using the colour as your guide, you will be put through your paces on hill climbs and sprints, whilst aiming to stay the same colour as a group, with uplifting music thrown in of course. Its fun...its tough…find the warrior in you! Disco Rides Come on down and Boogie to the beat. Disco balls, Disco music and some groovy moves to burn those calories! This is a ride not to be missed! Solo Rides Reserve a bike on one of our Solo rides and you take control of your workout. Download the ICG Training app free on your mobile and access multiple training programs which link up to our colour coded controls on our state of the art IC7 Matrix bikes. You can even program your own rides and download your own music too (dont forget your ear phones). We have set times when our studio is booked exclusively for those who wish to Solo ride. Book on to the session and your bike is booked for 1 hour. You decide how long you do.
