Showman is an augmented reality viewer used to find things of interest at Exhibitions, Shows, Expos and Events directly on your phone cameras screen to make your day both more interesting and efficient. This version is for the the 2018 Hannover Messe & CeMAT Trade Fair taking place from the 23rd to 27th April. Once downloaded no Wi-Fi or cellular network connection is needed in order for it to work, so you can use when out and about during the show even where there is no signal coverage. All exhibitors and areas at the Fair are covered including in the Halls, Pavilions and Outside Areas. We are constantly updating so please update the app for the most accurate and completed guide nearer your day. In fact there are around 7,000 exhibitors at the fair viewable within the App together with cafes, restaurants, exits, stairs, restrooms and transport facilities. Showman features include: - interactive objects with info on exhibitors including stand directions, address, tel number and website - a settings menu (using which the categories of points of interest you wish to display can be easily selected) - an on screen distance slider (for an interactive depth of view filter) - an on screen zoom (using an on screen pinch to zoom gesture) - a snap shot camera (for annotating your photos) - a video recorder for saving and sharing interesting places on social media (accessed by holding the camera icon for 1 second) - hold face down for radar view of everything around you - on screen help menu (press the Logo) - simulate option if you are outside region - and we hope to also add search directions And remember the objects are fully interactive so you can click on them to find out more about an exhibitor!
