The Healthypnosis app was designed by researchers at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai to help you manage pain, discomfort, and stress. Healthypnosis is based on scientific studies showing that hypnosis is an effective tool for managing and relieving pain, especially in individuals with cancer. Most patients experience hypnosis as pleasant and relaxing, and find it easy to use. By helping you to become absorbed in a relaxing and creative experience, and by helping you feel open to the idea of increased peace and comfort, hypnosis can help you feel better, more comfortable, less pain and less discomfort. Healthypnosis is appropriate for people new to hypnosis, as well as practiced experts.
