The app is for me presenting the same problems apparently experienced by others. I've connected the sound bar to my phone via bluetooth (the evidence of this is the fact that I can control the output from TV to bluetooth, et cetera). But when I move to bluetooth, I can't get any sound. I keep getting a notification of a "demo mode" with information of it provided under "information" (it's not).
Music is awesome and sometimes HT app works fine but most of the time it stays on DEMO MODE. Even while playing music from phone through bluetooth also the app still stays on DEMO MODE, which is quite annoying. Please fix this.
For all throwing shade about Bluetooth connections, that is NOT the issue for most of us. This app has ALWAYS flip-flopped between "working" and "demo" modes. But since the Oct '17 update it STAYS in demo mode all the time. Uninstalled, reinstalled the app. Disconnected, and reconnected Bluetooth to the speaker. Nada. Total suckage. 2 stars cuz when it DID work it was superior to the limited features on the Yamaha remote.
