Description

HomeHelper is an app that connects your macOS video surveillance system to HomeKit and/or Home Assistant. It is designed to work in conjunction with SecuritySpy, the premier CCTV software for Mac (read more at securityspy.com). With HomeHelper and SecuritySpy, you can create rules to initiate recording from home events (e.g. "If the front doorbell is pressed, start recording in all downstairs cameras"). You can also create rules to set home accessory states based on camera events (e.g. "If the front door camera detects motion, turn on the outside lights"). HomeHelper provides the following features: - Set up Triggers to initiate camera recording/alarms from home events - Set up Actions to control home accessories whenever a camera detects motion - Triggers can also invoke Schedule Presets to set camera recording modes - Allows flexible rules that can include multiple accessories - Easy to use interface
