Nice App!

This is a really nice app I would of gave it a five but the lock screen emergency contact crashes when you try to add contact info. Please fix this bug!

Helpful app. Would be even more so if it had the ability to add other medical issues. I like that it allows you to have all of your meds and the doses readily on hand.

This app is horrible. I just did the update HOPING theyd fixed some things, but NO...its still junk. When I enter my name, then go on to the address, etc., my name disappears. When I enter my drug allergies, then go on to describe the reaction, the name of the medicine disappears. What a piece of crap! I have a LOT of drug allergies, so I went for the premium version. Big Mistake! Dont waste your time or money.

This app is such a valuable tool to keep all my medical history, medications and all emergency contacts in one place. App is extremely easy to use and you can easily update your medical data - unlike the wallet medical cards. I highly recommend to everybody - it is worth every penny!!!

Good application and better than the earlier version. Needs more info like secondary phone numbers, more space for address, hospital phone, easy access to edit contact info from iPhone book (like in earlier version).

I love this idea and like the features you have. I would give it a five if you added a way to put in your picture with your name, additional pages for info on family members and there medical info. Also just a page for various notes or a way to add more contact numbers.
