Worst service ever, waste of money? source of frustration

The program is good IF it works. I bought alI 6 components, and I used to have no problem using it offline. Then problems started. It started to require Internet connection all the time, and I dont have it. Finally it stopped working altogether. When I contacted the company, they did not even respond to my e-mail. Wasted money!! I am surprised that the Apple store sells products of companies that totally ignore their customers when there isa problem. When I try to restore the product, I crashes. But the company is kind enough to let me buy it again. Why shoukd I? I already paid for it. Even is I buy it, maybe it wont work. This is the very first time I felt I had to write a comment. It s a pity there is nothing to signal minus opinion. NO STARS FOR THIS service, I had to put one in order to be able to send my comment.

I was really excited about this app. Wasted $15 and it wont download! App doesnt work! Very frustrated!
