A great concept ruined by in app purchases and poor gameplay. The tools are often poorly responsive, and it is not always clear which tool to use. Not very intuitive at times. Do I polish, or just brush. Several times the game has not recorded that I completed a task, or it will not save the completed character after I have finished. Game gives you only two patients to work on, all others are in app purchases, valued at almost $20! An absurd price given the type of game. Additional patients are little more than new faces to work on. Very poor game.

You can only have two patients to work on unless you want to spend close to $20! And it is very hard to play. You dont know what to use and I would never recommend anyone to download this app. Some parts are fun and other parts are terrible! The one fun part is putting on the braces because they dont s
