Love La Madeleines
Love La Madelines. The app is ok. I wish ordering was easier from the app instead of sending you to the website. I am not able to add a password to my account even though there is a place to put a password it will not allow me to click it. On the website I clicked forgot password but never get a link to reset it. I dont want to make a new account and lose my reward points. Please help!!
Add Feature
I like the app and I eat there pretty often. Id loved if youd add a feature so I could add a visit if I forgot to get it scanned at the store. Thats happened twice now.

Well, whats a reward?
There is no a reward. Weve been using this app for a few month on a weekly basis-we live next door. So far we havent earned any rewards. Why bother?

I love the app almost as much as I love the restaurant. There is one gap that I hope you can close in an update soon. You need to store more than just one card, or be able to scan for rewards and pay separately. I would like to switch between my business/personal cards when appropriate. Now, I have to delete and add.
Not logging my visits...
At first I really loved this app. Its easy to set up, and easy to use. But Im starting to realize its not working so well. I did the "refer a friend" to get a free cup of soup or petite salad for both. You had to use a special link to share with a friend so that they could download the app, and upon their first visit, you would both get a reward. Well she got a reward, and I did not...Then I started noticing that though I visited and scanned very often, I wasnt moving up in levels. I wasnt receiving any rewards. Upon looking on my transactions, none of them have been logged for months now!! Very discouraging! Why bother with this app?
