A Masterpiece of Fear
Layers of Fear is a first-person psychedelic horror game with a heavy focus on story and exploration. Players take control of a painter whose sole purpose is to finish his Magnum Opus. The player must navigate through both a constantly changing Victorian-era mansion and ghastly visions of the painter’s fragile and crumbling psyche. Along the way players will find bits and pieces of information that will allow the player to understand the dark and sad past of the painter.

mise a jour necessaire gros bug
Wer sich darauf einlässt……wird mitgerissen!!
In diesem düsteren und grafisch durchaus gelungenen Game, folgt man einer unweigerlichen Abfolge von Rätseln. Sich einfach darauf einzulassen ist das Erlebnis welches uns in LoF bereitet wird. Die Storys sind verwirrend und kurzweilig, fassen dennoch das ganze sehr schön in einen rahmen ein! Nach dem ich seid längerem kein olch dürsteres Game mehr gespielt habe, taten die Kopfhörer ihren sagenhaften Teil dazu bei. Die Mischung aus der Story, Grafik und dem Sound machen es zu einem Studel in dem man sich ein wenig verlieren kann. Pulssteigerung und angespannter Nacken ist inklusive! herzlichen dank an die Creator!!
Langweilig
Wer einen Schreck bekommt, wenn ein Bild von der Wand fällt und wer dunkel mit düster gleichsetzt, für den hat das Spiel einen Gruselfaktor. Wer hundert Schränke und Fächer öffnen will, in denen meist nichts oder nichts brauchbares drin ist, für den hat das Spiel Unterhaltungswert. Wer Zahlen abschreiben oder Gegenstände finden als Herausforderung sieht, für den ist es ein Rätselspiel. Wer Myst oder Undying gespielt hat, wird mit diesem Spiel nicht wirklich glücklich.

Keeps crashing before even starting
This game keeps on crashing as soon as we press “New Game”. It doesn’t even load the first chapter and I have not even been able to play. Big waste of money unfortunately.

I am playing Layers of Fear on my 5K resolution iMac with Zik bluetooth noise cancelling headphones and I am very impressed. Gorgeous graphics and fun twists and surprises make this a great horror game.
