One page contracts ? This is a rip-off
Super Simple & Easy to Use
Very happy with this app. So what if it doesn’t have the corporate agreement I was looking for, it’s got everything I could ever need for myself personally as well as my family. For starters, having a standard automobile “bill of sale” is clutch. Everyone who owns a car needs this one alone. Next, with my wife pregnant with our first child, the “will and testament” template is perfectly timed. It had been a source of stress on my “to do” list for a long time. Sure, it probably needs a decent amount of personalizing to be really what I need but it’s a great start and gives me something to work from. My favorite “out of the box” group of templates are the one’s for children. Call me crazy but I plan to use these with mine for two reasons, (1) they’re good tools to teach kids about the importance and value of “their word” and what a commitment is (honesty and follow through), and (2) maybe i’ll have a chance of remembering the rules and agreememnts I’ve made with them! (Pretty full “to do” lists as is) :) What I love the most is the fact that everything is under one source. No searching all over for just one template. I now know where to go for more templates than I’ll probably ever need. I just wish I had found this app years ago. Seriously, it’s almost depressing thinking about all the time i wasted searching and creating when I could have just bought this $1.99 app. Ughh, well… I’ve got it now! Thank you Hoi Yan Mak for developing this super simple-useful-convinient app!
Cannot be beaten for the price
For $2.99, I ended up with a program that is comparable to any of the “family lawyer” programs that I’ve owned in the past. Those can easily cost $30. It’s very easy to use, and has a great selection of templates. My one recommendation is as soon as you find the correct template, export it to .doc format and edit it in Microsoft Word. The one improvement that I would add is the ability to export to RTF so that you could edit the documents in programs other than Microsoft Word. I haven’t tried it out, but I suspect any word processing program that can handle a .doc file can handle the exported file. The editing tool in the program isn’t bad, but if you delete text in the tables, it can mess up the format of template itself. Once you select, “clear all,” the template is returned to its initial state, but without the text that you entered. The export to Word produces a very well formatted document, so I don’t consider this to be a major weakness.
Useless!!! STAY AWAY
How does a library of “legal documents” not include a Non Disclosure Agreement, a Non Compete Agreement, Trade Secrets Policy/Provisions, or anything that would actually be used for a businesses Legal Needs? How about a Privacy Policy? Terms of Service? Earnings Disclaimer? nope, nope, nope The “Consulting Agreement” is a JOKE. Basically the undersigned agree to on this day at this time that: (fill in the blanks for everything) and in exchange they agree that payment and compensation will be XXX. Signed and Dated. … REALLY?? Thanks for those two sentences! My only regret is that I bought this stupid thing 3 minutes ago and it’s not worth the headache you have to go through to get a $5 refund! There’s NOTHING in this that can’t be found with less than :30 seconds of Google-ing for free and to find 10x better quality.
you got to be kidding me!
well that was a total waste of money! these forms are useless! The rental form is a total joke. Don’t waste your time.Wish me luck getting a refund!
Excellent Template Database
I think that this application is worth the rather small amount of money I paid for it. It is a go to place for basic documents that can be modified, edited, and/or tailored to your own liking. I find it useful to start as a base, and if needed extend provisions, and use with my clientele. Overall, excellent application!
