¡Hola! Bienvenido/a a esta aplicación.
Me gustaría presentarme contigo, soy Marisa Zertuche Garza, soy Lic. en Nutrición y Bienestar Integral con Máster en Nutrición y Metabolismo, además tengo un Diplomado en Prevención de Enfermedades Crónicas y Diplomado en Nutrición en Cirugía Bariátrica (ó Cirugía de Obesidad). Me especializo principalmente en atender a personas con sobrepeso y/o obesidad, Síndrome Metabólico, Diabetes Mellitus, Hipertensión Arterial, entre otras enfermedades, así como también en lograr un embarazo saludable mediante el buen control de peso durante esta etapa.
En cada una de mis consultas me gusta mucho conocer a fondo el estilo de vida de la persona que acude a mí, ya que me gusta adaptar el tratamiento nutricional en base a sus requerimientos, en base a su patología/s de base (en el caso de que existan), pero también en base a sus gustos, costumbres, horarios, actividad física que realizan, etc.
No me gusta la palabra “dieta”, por lo que más bien me gusta plantearles a mis pacientes que buscaremos un cambio de hábitos y que aprendan a comer.
Además del tratamiento nutricional convencional, también manejo el Método KOT, el cual es un tratamiento dietético francés, saludable y balanceado que combina alimentos comunes con productos KOT.
