Description
This loan & mortgage calculator helps to find out how much you will have to pay monthly for a mortgage or a loan with a fixed interest rate.
You can calculate any value in the loan equations, so that you can find out how many years you need pay for a given rate or how much you can get for a fixed term and monthly rate. This is perfect for doing "what-if" analysis.

The keyboard entry should default to numbers for the entry fields. Also if would be a nice feature to also allow the interest rate to be selected as the calulation result.
Simple but perfect
I wanted a loan app that would allow me to simply calc the unknown variable for a loan and this one does it perfectly. Definitely recommend if you want purely the basics.
