Hard to use the thing if you cant print out the patterns. If only I had printed them out 2 days earlier in the old app version that worked fine.

Old app was better

As a digital subscriber, not being able to print the templates from the app is a pain. I enjoyed being able to print just the page of instruction I was working on so that I can use my iPad for watching a movie while I sew.

Very disappointed-unable to print patterns

I am very disappointed by the poorly done digital version for this magazine. I miss being able to print select pages and the templates for the pattern I’m making. Please bring the print page feature back!

Terrible support

This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappears from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure youre cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating

Ever since Issue 24 was released NONE of the previous issues I purchased will load on this app at all. Prior to that Issue 23 was missing steps 3-11 of the entire process for the cover quilt and no one from the magazine would reply to my emails or FB inquiries. Finally had to contact the woman who made the pattern itself to get a reply. Plus I got charged 2x for Issue 23 through iTunes. Now I cant even view any of the magazines that I paid for to make the quilts. Pretty upset I wasted my money.
