4G Info is a small and useful utility that lets you see detailed information about current Cellular connection from carrier information to device features (LTE support) and more. CARRIER INFO • Detect current connected mobile network operator name, country, region. • Show the carrier identification MCC and MNC codes. • Detect current cellular connection mode (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, LTE), • Detect LTE operation bands supported by your carrier. • Full offline carrier database contains 500+ mobile networks from 150+ countries. CELLULAR CONNECTION INFO • Detect mobile generations and standards supported by your device (2G, 3G, 4G, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, VOLTE). • Detect device supported GSM, UMTS and LTE operation frequencies and channels with detailed band information. • Detect max. physical cellular speeds in the supported mobile technologies. REACH UI FEATURES • Info menu with feedback and privacy settings • Use the camera icon (upper-right corner) to create and print/send/share a screenshot from the entire page. • Pull down with your finger to refresh the information. • Long press on a cell to copy/print/send/open as/share the cell value. • Shake your device to refresh the information.

Absolutly useless. only repeat informations we can read in information section of iOS device and give informations about wireless transmission standards we can find on internet. I lose my money and my time.

Misleading and incorrect

This app doesn’t show the current connection info correctly. It says “No” for 2G, 3G and 4G while it’s connected!

I have service with TMobile and own the new iPhone 6S. Theyre deploying cell sites in new places almost every month with Band 12 (700mhz) all over the country and as I travel I wanted to know if my LTE was actually connected to one at that time. This app does not do that. All this app does is telling you what your iPhone 6S is capable of and which bands and frequencies you carrier supports but it wont say which one of those youre currently using. You can find that info in apples website or search it on google. Not need to spend $2 for that.

This app doesnt offer any real time stats and furthermore doesnt offer anything more than what you could find online doing a general search.
