Description

MCLProxy is a Safari App Extension that allows MCL users to access subscription academic journals and other subscription literature through the institution's EZProxy service. You must be an authorized user to use this service. Your login information is not transmitted to the plugin, journals or proxy service and is only sent securely to your institution via SSO. After you install the app, you must enable the plugin in Safari under the Safari menu > Preferences > Extensions and check the box next to MCL Proxy. Then, once you are browsing a journal article which you wish to read, click the toolbar padlock icon to get the full article. You will periodically be asked for your login information when accessing articles. (Interested developers can obtain the source code at https://github.com/chrismarcellino/mclproxy).
