not user friendly woud like a refund

ALOT of the definaitions are off the screen and can not be read! I would like a refund as I do not want to pay for something I can not use! (and yes I have adjust the screen size MANY times to attempt to correct the issue!

DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT KNOW CODES!

Search option requires user to enter a code - user cannot search by word only. App instructs user to select a code to continue. App is thus - by definition - a code search directory ONLY. Not what a buyer would be expecting when desiring to purchase a medical dictionary.
