as a student i found this app useless i cannot write the papers i need to due to the app not working properly on my iMac ive had the app for about 4 hours now and am highly dissatified with my purchase.

This was not as helpful as I expected. Most of the templates, especially the excel, are the same formatting, just a different picture and a simple calculation. The dashboards are extremely weak. I was expecting some advanced excel templates, like where they put the small line charts into a cell, etc. Not worth the purchase.

I just download it and I can’t even open the file on my Mac. Its says I can only duplicate but even I was trying to duplicate it, still didn’t work. Kindly resolve this issue cause I’m just gonna dispute the payment I made to this purchase
