MessagePro for Facebook at Mac App Store analyse

I loved this app until … something broke in early 2016. Now core functions of the app, like the ability to send messages(!), are broken. I cannot attach photos. Its usefulness is out the window. The last revision was in 2015. Might a new version be on the way? Sadly, I’m looking for anoither app to run Facebook Messenger outside of a Facebook browser tab.

I keep hoping that Message Pro for Facebook will begin working properly. I believe that’s been the case for about the last year. I imagine that about 90% of the time that I try to send a message using the application it won’t send. I then copy what I’ve written, paste it into the private message section of Facebook and send it. I’ve notfied the application provider of this problem, never heard anything in return and the problem still exists. I will soon take some of my time to look for a better application that actually works the vast majority of the time.

Good and efficient app, good sync, it remain some minor graphic "bug" but not a big deal. Thanks for this app guys

Cette application est excellente, du fait que l’on a pas besoin de se connecter à Facebook pour communiquer. Elle perd sa cinquième étoile du fait que la récupération de fichier dans les conversations bug mais sinon le reste est parfait !!!

L’application fait exactement ce qu’elle doit faire, un messenger complet sur Mac. On peut enfin envoyer/recevoir des messages sans passer par le site et gagner beaucoup de temps. Le gros avantage est qu’elle inclue uniquement les messages et non toutes les notifications ce qui évite d’être dérangé. Pour 1,79€, ça vaut largement le temps perdu à ouvrir le navigateur pour aller sur Facebook et à faire autre chose que ce qu’on avait prévu. Je me demande pourquoi Facebook n’a pas développé en interne cette application !

A proposta é boa, mas é meio bugado. Não consegui ainda acessar todas as opções, ou o app fecha bruscamente ou me pede para logar de novo. Dá pra melhorar!

Ich für meinen Teil kann nicht klagen. Der Messenger funktioniert prima und gibt aus meiner Sicht keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Gleich nach Start und Login waren alle offenen Chats vom iPhone auch hier verfügbar. Volle Punktzahl also und 1,79 EUR sind in Ordnung.
