Cannot login from MAC OS X

From a MAC OSX 10.11.2 (El Capitan) with latest patches at time of writing, I cannot login wit my Microsoft account. I did perform a password reset once but no joy, still the same issue. By reading other feedbacks on the Internet, it seems MAC OS X is not first priority for MS engineers: a shame… I’m a MS Band2 client, and although running OS X I think they are many people that are impacted. Now that hte Xmas freeze is over (almost) I hope it will get fixed. Thanks and regards, Pascal

Cannot login or connect to Microsoft account

Since installing the new version to go with my Band 2, I cannot login or connect to my Microsoft account. (my MS account works perfectly well when connecting to other MS services). I was very happy to get the new Band 2, it is a shame that the Mac sync software from Microsoft is at expected level of quality. Hopefully Microsoft will get this fixed soon.

Band 2 wird nicht mehr erkannt

Habe mir das Update aufgespielt! —> Seit dem kann ich mich über meinen MAC über die MS Band sync nicht mehr an meinem Microsoft Konto anmelden und auch das Band 2 wird nicht erkannt. Somit auch keine Sync, über den MAC möglich. Habe es nun gerade an einem Air 13 probiert —> Identisches Problem auf 2 Windows-Rechner geht alles einwandfrei! Sogar über den Parallels Desktop auf meinem Mac, wo windows 10 läuft, funktioniert alles einwandfrei Also. Da scheint ein Problem bzgl. MAC-Rechner nach dem Update vorzuliegen, bis zum 17.12.(vor dem Update) lief nämlich alles problemlos! Wer weiß Rat, wrr hat auch dieses Problem?

Update macht App unbrauchbar

Das Update auf Version 1.3.11208 macht die App unbrauchbar, da ich mich nicht in mein MS Konto einloggen kann um Daten zu übertragen und nach neuer Firmware für mein Band 2 zu suchen. Unter Windows 10 und Windows Mobile treten hingegen keine Probleme auf. MS bitte fixen!

….neue software und die sync läuft und läuft.läuft……500 Mitteilungen ohne daß ich was davon sehe….:-(((
